Copying a Course

A course can be copied into a new Course record to expedite the course creation process if the courses have similar costs, certification information, or other information.

  1. From the Course record, click Action > Copy.
  2. Click the Save button in the Copy Course window.
  3. Check the Copy References checkbox to copy any references to the new revision.
  4. Check the Copy Costs checkbox to copy the costs to the new revision.
  5. Check the Copy Prerequisites checkbox to copy the prerequisites to the new revision.
  6. Check the Copy Self-Training Options checkbox to copy the self training options to the new revision.
  7. Click the Save button.
    Result: The new Course record has been created.
